Meet Our Dog Volunteers!

Did you know that hanging around pets is good for your health? The Ottawa Humane Society has a cool program called "Brightening Lives". We bring a special team of staff-owned dog volunteers to visit people in retirement homes and hospitals to 'brighten' their day.

If you were feeling sick or lonely, would you feel a bit better spending time with a furry visitor? Sure you would!

We also bring these animals to meet kids at school. Maybe you have met Maggie or Marcie below…check them out!
